Campaign names play a key role in organizing your campaigns when you have multiple campaigns running. It is recommended to name your campaigns purposefully so that you can differentiate easily amongst different campaigns in your list.
There are two ways to change a campaign name:
1. Through the campaign settings page.
2. Fast edit via dropdown.
Through the campaign settings page
You can use this method if you wish to view or update other settings of the campaign in addition to the campaign name. However, if it's the campaign name that you want to modify, then you can use the quick rename method as explained at the end.
1. Click on the campaigns option (plane icon) from your left pane menu.
2. From the list of campaigns, search for your desired campaign. 💡You can also use the search bar for quick searches.
3. Against the desired campaign, click on the ellipsis icon (three dots) and select the Edit option from the drop-down menu. It will take you to the campaign details page.
4. Go to the Settings tab.
5. You can see multiple settings in this section. These are all related to the campaign you are editing. To edit the campaign name, click on the Campaign Name text field in the Campaign Name section.
📌 You can learn more about campaign settings by visiting the Settings Section here.
6. After updating the campaign name, click on the Save button to save your changes.
7. Once saved, you can see the updated campaign name in the campaign list.
Rename through dropdown
If you only want to update the campaign name and do not intend to change the rest of the settings, then the efficient way to do this is to click on the ellipsis icon (three dots) > and select the Rename option from the dropdown > make your desired edits on the Rename Campaign popup > click Save.
The campaign name will be updated successfully and success notification will also appear on the top of the page.
