Open Rate Tracking is a method to measure how many recipients opened your emails. This is calculated as a percentage of the total emails sent.
You can turn this feature on/off in your campaign settings. To edit this feature, follow the following steps:
1. Click on the campaigns (plane icon) from your left pane menu.
2. Look for the desired campaign from the list of campaigns.
3. Against the desired campaign, click on the ellipsis icon (three dots) and select the Edit option from the dropdown.
4. Switch to the Settings tab.
5. Under the βSafety Settingsβ, click on the radio button in the Disable Open Rate Tracking subsection to enable/disable it. By default, this option is turned off.
βοΈ By disabling this feature, you will not receive the statistics regarding email open rate. However, it may improve your email deliverability since no tracking links will be added to your emails. Hence, reducing the chances of being marked as spam.
