Email tracking is commonly used in marketing campaigns to monitor when recipients open and engage with emails.

This is typically done by embedding a tracking pixel or invisible image in the email, which signals the sender's server when the email is opened.

However, due to privacy protection measures adopted by some email clients, such as Apple's proxy system, email tracking may not always yield accurate results.

For improved accuracy, pipl.ai recommends using custom domain tracking.

Send plain text emails without any tracking features enabled to enhance deliverability.

Here's how you can do it:

1. Select a desired campaign, click on the ellipsis icon (three dots) and select the Edit option from the dropdown.

2. Switch to the Settings tab.

3. Under the β€œSafety Settings”, click on the radio button in the Disable Open Rate Tracking subsection to enable/disable it. By default, this option is turned off.

❗️ By disabling this feature, you will not receive the statistics regarding email open rate. However, it may improve your email deliverability since no tracking links will be added to your emails. Hence, reducing the chances of being marked as spam.
