Are you a marketing pro who knows very well that outreach campaigns perform well on specific days in a week? Or, do you want to evaluate your campaignā€™s performance based on the specific days of the week to figure out when can you get desirable responses to your cold emails? Well, this is a super easy setting in Pipl.ai that enables you to schedule your campaign for the day level as well as at the hourly level.

Days

Follow these steps to run your camping on particular days of the week:

1. Open the campaign in edit mode, and switch to the Schedule tab.

2. Under Days, checkmark the days on which you want your emails to be sent out. Leave the days unchecked on which you do not wish to reach out to your leads. For example, if you want to skip the weekends, then you will simply leave Saturday and Sunday unchecked.

Time

Under this section, you can specify the time for the selected days of the week when you want your cold emails to land in your audienceā€™s inboxes. Obviously, not all the leads will receive the emails at one time, but the system will send out emails one by one to the leads that are in the list. Therefore, you need to specify the time period, using the From and To fields, for your campaign to run.

Letā€™s assume, you want the emails to be sent only between 08:00 AM - 06:00 PM, then your campaign will stop sending emails as the ending time approaches.

But again, in which time zone? You can select it using the Timezone dropdown selection list. Because 08:00 AM American time is different from 08:00 AM European time! Therefore, you need to tell the system which time zone are you referring you when you specify the time.

Campaign Start and End Dates

Now you have specified the days of the week, the time of the day, and the time zone, but when do you want to launch your campaign? You need to select a specific date under ā€œCampaign Start Dateā€ when you want to start sending your emails to your leads.

Similarly, the campaign can not go on forever, you need to specify exactly when the campaign should stop. For example, the Christmas discounts campaign cannot run throughout the year. Use the ā€œCampaign End Dateā€ to select the date on the calendar when you want to end the campaign. After the specified end date, the campaign emails will not be sent to the leads unless you re-launch the campaign.

Once you finalize the schedule of your campaign, and now you wonder how to configure the delays between the emails of the campaign. Right? Well, this can be done by configuring the ā€œwaitā€ option in Sequences. Learn more about it.
