To ensure the balance between system scalability, performance, and user convenience, we’ve implemented the following restrictions and limits across different aspects of our platform. These limitations are in place to maintain efficiency while providing users with the tools they need to manage their campaigns effectively.
1. Campaign Leads
Personal Plan: 30,000 leads limit
Business Plan: 100,000 leads limit
The lead count includes all leads associated with any campaign, whether the campaign is completed, paused, or active. This means that any lead connected to your campaigns is counted towards the limit, regardless of the campaign's status.
2. List Leads
List leads are a centralized way to organize your leads before launching a campaign. This allows you to prepare and manage your leads in advance.
Personal Plan: 300,000 leads limit
Business Plan: 1,000,000 leads limit
As we continue to scale our infrastructure, we plan to eventually remove these limits to give you even more flexibility in managing your leads.
3. Inbox Emails
Emails within your connected inbox will be stored for 9 months, after which they will be automatically deleted. This retention policy ensures that your email storage is optimized while keeping relevant email conversations accessible for an extended period.
4. Other Replies
"Other Replies" refer to emails that our system cannot detect as being associated with any specific lead. Due to the high volume of incoming replies, emails in this folder will be kept for 7 days. After this time, they will be automatically deleted to ensure the system remains efficient.
