Adding wait between steps

When you are creating a sequence for your campaign, there is rarely a case where you want to spam your target audience daily. You usually add a delay between the days when you reach out to them through your cold emails.

To add a delay before an email in a sequence, simply use the “wait __ days, then” option available with each step of the sequence. Use the up/down arrows given for the wait input field to set the number of days after which you want the email to be sent.

❗The email will be sent only on the scheduled days. For example, if your schedule allows sending emails from Monday to Wednesday, and you have set a 3-day gap between step 1 and step 2, and your step 1 was initially sent on Wednesday, then your step 2 will be sent next Monday, and not on Sunday.

Taking account of the delay period you add between the steps of the sequence, the email is always sent on the next active day in the schedule, and not on the days that are not allowed in your schedule.
