Like a parent sequence, schedule and email limits are configurable at a subsequence level. You can automate your subsequence on a weekly or daily basis. In this article, we will demonstrate subsequence scheduling.
Steps to configure Subsequence schedule settings
To define a subsequence schedule, follow these steps:
1. Browse your campaign.
2. Click on the Subsequence option in the top navigation bar of the campaign page.
3. Select a subsequence and click on the edit icon in the subsequences screen.
4. Click on the Schedule option in the top navigation bar. The Schedule page has the following three configurable schedule items. We will go through each one in detail.
Days
Time
Schedule-level limit
5. Once you have set up the subsequence schedule, click the Save button at the bottom to save all the changes.
Configurable options
You can set up a subsequence schedule using the following options.
1. Days
Checkmark the days on which you want the subsequence to run/send emails.
2. Time
Not just the days, Pipl.ai also gives you control over the time slot during which the subsequence should run. For example, if you want your subsequence emails to be sent out only from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on the selected days, you can define it here.
From: Select the starting time of the day. This will apply to all the selected days of the week.
To: Select the ending time of the day. This will apply to all the selected days of the week.
Timezone: You can also select the time zone based on your target region here, enhancing your campaignâs reach. 8:00M EST is different from 8:00AM PST.
Campaign Start Date / Campaign End Date: These fields allow you to define the starting and ending dates for your subsequence. You should always specify the Campaign Start Date, whereas the Campaign End Date is optional.
âIf the campaign end date is not defined, the campaign will run until all the leads in the sequence have been completed, considering the subsequence conditions and settings.
3. Subsequence-Level Limit
This section gives you control over the number of emails sent per day at a subsequence level.
For example, you can enter 300 if you want the subsequence to send a maximum of 300 emails per day.
