We suggest beginning with 5 warm-up emails per day for each account, gradually increasing by 5, aiming for a 30% reply rate.
After two weeks, you can raise the warm-up volume to 40 emails per day per account, targeting a higher reply rate of 70% during outreach.
The maximum recommended warm-up email volume is 50 emails per day, with a reply rate of up to 60%.

To activate the warmup feature in Pipl.ai, navigate to the 'Email Accounts' section and look for the warmup icon next to each email account.
Direct Activation:
Initially, the warmup icon appears grey, indicating that warmup is not enabled.
Clicking this icon will turn it green, signifying that the warmup is now active.
Via Account Settings:
Adjust the warmup settings for each email account by selecting the 'Settings' icon.
Warmup settings come with pre-set recommendations. You can modify them by entering new values for 'Increase per day,' 'Daily limit,' and 'Reply rate %'. Remember to save your changes by clicking the blue 'Save' button.
For newly connected email accounts, the warmup process starts immediately.
