What is a Workspace?

Workspace is a feature that allows you to organize your email campaigns, email accounts, leads, and block lists into separate, distinct environments. This organization tool is essential for keeping different aspects of your campaigns neatly organized and easily accessible.

Purpose of a Workspace

  • Separation: Workspaces enable you to separate your campaigns and associated data, such as email accounts and leads, ensuring that each campaign operates within its own dedicated environment.

  • Collaboration: They allow for the addition of multiple members into a single workspace, facilitating teamwork. Each member can manage and access the workspace according to their roles, making it easier to collaborate on campaigns.

  • Customization for Clients: Particularly useful for lead generation agencies or businesses that manage multiple clients' campaigns, Workspaces allow you to assign a dedicated space for each client. This way, different team members can manage each client's campaigns separately, ensuring focused attention and better management.

Workspace Roles: Admins and Users

Within a workspace in Pipl.ai, there are two primary roles you can assign to your team members: Workspace Admin and Workspace User. Each role comes with specific permissions, allowing for effective management and collaboration on email outreach campaigns.

Workspace Admin

Workspace Admins have comprehensive control over the workspace, including both management and operational functions. Their capabilities include:

  • Campaign Management: Admins can create, edit, and delete campaigns, emails, and leads.

  • Team Coordination: They have the authority to invite new members to the workspace, remove members, and adjust roles, promoting or demoting members as necessary.

Workspace User

Workspace Users are primarily focused on campaign creation and management without the administrative privileges tied to team coordination. Their permissions include:

  • Campaign Creation: Users can create campaigns, emails, and leads, contributing to the email outreach efforts.

  • Restricted Access: Unlike Admins, Users do not have the ability to invite or remove members from the workspace.
