Sending all the cold emails from one email might seem spammy or auto-generated for your audience. But, all you want is personalization and sound genuine. Right? Well, in addition to customizing your email content, you can also use multiple sender profiles (emails) for your cold email marketing.
For example, you can select two or three sender profiles (emails) in your campaign settings that will be used on rotation to reach out to your audience. In this way, they would be intimidated as well as will feel valued! Isn't it smart? 🤔
Let's learn how to achieve this in pipl.ai with our easy-to-use interface.
1. Click on Campaigns from your left pane menu.
2. Select a Campaign for which you want to add email profiles to, by clicking on it.
3. Click on the three dots and select the Edit option from the drop-down menu.
4. Click on the Settings ⚙️ option in the campaign's edit screen.
5. Click on the Select Sending Email Accounts drop-down in the Sending Email Accounts section.
6. Select one or more emails from the list of emails in the dropdown.
📌 If you select more than one email, the emails will be sent evenly on rotation, based on the order they are added to the list. To delete an email from this list simply click on the cross button or remove using the backspace key.
7. Click on the Save button on the bottom left corner to save changes.
