Creating an email signature

A stellar email signature can play a pivotal role in email marketing as it contributes to professionalism, brand consistency, and positive interaction with recipients. In this article, we will learn how to add an email signature to your email account in pipl.ai.

Follow these steps to add an email signature in pipl.ai:

1. Navigate to the Email Accounts section from the left menu pane.

2. Select the email account you want to add the signatures to.

3. Click on Account Settings for the selected email account.

4. In Account Settings, scroll down to the third option, which is Email Signature.

5. In this section, you will find a text editor with multiple options to add/edit your email signatures, such as:

  • Text Style

  • Text Size

  • Text Color

  • Text Highlight Color

  • Bold/Italic Text

  • Insert a link

  • Bulleting/Numbering text lists

  • Text orientation

  • Text Indentation

  • Mark text as a ā€œQuotationā€

  • Insert a table

  • Undo/Redo actions

  • Remove formatting

  • Insert HTML

  • Insert a Code Block

  • Find and Replace

6. In addition to the above-listed powerful editing options, pipl.ai also provides you the option to dynamically include the Senderā€™s First Name and the Senderā€™s Last Name. This will not only make your email responses look more legitimate and genuine but will also draw recipients' attention. Use the following variable placeholders to add the senderā€™s first and last names:

  • Senderā€™s First Name: {{sender_first_name}}

  • Senderā€™s Last Name: {{sender_last_name}}

šŸ‘‰ The system picks the senderā€™s first and last names from the email account details for which the signatures are created.

7. Once you finish adding your email signature, click the Save button given next to Account Settings.

ā—You will lose your Email Signature settings if you donā€™t save the changes.

šŸ‘‰ If you want to apply the same signature to all email accounts of the same domain, click the check box ā€œApply to all email accounts of the same domainā€ before saving the signature.

Adding signature to your emails

To use this Email Signature you must add {{sender_signature}} placeholder in your email(s) under the Sequences Editor. So, at the time of sending the sequence email, the system will fetch your signature and will populate the placeholder accordingly.
