Forwarding is a process of sending users from one URL to another. But the question can be: why do we need Forwarding in pipl.ai?

The answer is very simple. If you are using a secondary domain to send emails and you do not have any web content on that particular domain, you would not want your user to visit that domain and see an error page. Would you?

Here is where Forwarding comes to the rescue. You can set up Forwarding on your secondary domains to point to your main domain (which is hosting all the website content).

👉For example, You have a logistics business and your website is abc-logistics.com. But, you have purchased another domain for cold email outreach and marketing purposes which is x-logistics.com.

In this case, “x-logistics.com” would not have any website content hosted since you purchased it for cold outreach. Now, if any of your potential lead tries to browse x-logistics.com, they will see an error message most likely the following:

💡Forwarding can help your visitors, who trying to access any of your secondary domains, to be redirected to the main domain where all of your website content is displayed.
