AI-Powered Label Detection Feature

Our AI-powered label detection feature automatically categorizes prospect replies, helping you quickly spot interested leads and filter out negatives.

Default Labels

By default, our AI categorizes the lead's first reply into one of the following four labels:

  1. Interested: Indicates a positive response and interest in your offering.

  2. Not Interested: Indicates a negative response with no interest in your offering.

  3. Out of Office: Indicates an automatic response informing you that the recipient is currently unavailable.

  4. Automatic Reply: Captures all types of automated responses that are not specifically "Out of Office".

Customization Options

You can enable more labels or disable some labels for categorization based on your needs:

  1. Enable More Labels: Add more specific labels to refine categorization.

  2. Disable Labels: Simplify categorization by removing unnecessary labels.

To customize labels:

  1. Navigate to the Label Settings section.

  2. Click the Edit button next to the label you wish to modify.

  3. Uncheck the "AI Auto Categorization" checkbox to disable AI categorization for that label.

  4. Save your changes.

Creating Custom Labels

You can create your own custom labels:

  1. Click the Add Label button.

  2. Use a meaningful name for the label so that the AI can understand its purpose.

  3. Select one of the sentiment types ("Positive," "Negative," or "Neutral") that best fits the label.

Tip: Ensure that the labels you select for AI auto-categorization have distinct meanings to avoid confusion. For example, "Leads" and "Interested" are too similar and can make it difficult for the AI to categorize accurately. Avoid selecting too many labels to maintain accuracy.

For all positive sentiment replies detected, we will send you a notification email to ensure you can respond to your lead as quickly as possible.

Advanced Feature - Additional AI Prompt for Categorizing Leads (Available for Business Plan Users)

This feature lets you provide extra instructions to train our AI to categorize leads based on your specific needs. It’s perfect for replies that aren't straightforward or need to fit your workflow.

Example: If your campaign email generates a range of customer inquiries, you can categorize leads based on their specific needs and assign replies to the right follow-up sequences.

Create Custom Labels: For instance, create labels like "Urgent Issue," "Product Inquiry," and "Service Inquiry."

Example Instruction:

  • "If the prospect mentions an urgent issue, label it as 'Urgent Issue.'""

  • "If the prospects asks detailed questions about a product, label it as 'Product Inquiry.''"

  • "If the prospect requests a demo with a specific timeframe, label it as 'Demo Request - Time Sensitive.'"

This allows you to trigger further follow-ups or prioritize leads based on your workflow.

By leveraging this advanced feature, you can fine-tune the AI's categorization to align with your specific needs and maximize the efficiency of your lead management process.

Send Email Notification for Positive Replies

Once our AI detects the label for the first reply and determines the sentiment is positive, we will send a notification to the specified email address. You may leave this field empty if you do not wish to receive any notifications.

How to Use This Feature:

  1. Enter Email Address: Input the email address where you would like to receive notifications for positive replies.

  2. Leave Blank if Not Needed: If you do not want to receive any email notifications, simply leave the email field blank.
