Once you set up an email campaign and schedule it, the emails are evenly sent out to new leads and follow-ups. However, pipl.ai gives you the control to customize your email-sending priority.

You can select email sending priority by adjusting the percentage priority in your campaign between sending emails to a new lead or following up with existing leads (that you have already reached out to).

For example, you set 60% for follow-ups and 40% for new leads. Then, your campaign will be 60% focused on follow-ups (if there are any), and 40% on new leads.

1. Click on Campaigns from your left pane menu.

2. Select a Campaign from the list of campaigns by clicking on it.

3. Click on the three dots and select the Edit option.

4. Click on the Settings option in the Campaign edit screen.

5. You will see a scroll bar in the Sending Priority section.

❗️This bar is set to a 50/50 percentage by default. This means that this will evenly choose between sending a new email and following up with the existing leads.

6. You can adjust this by clicking & holding and moving it left ⬅️ or ➡️ right to match your requirements.
