If you receive an email with the subject "Attention Required: Please Check Your Email Account(s)", it usually means there's a problem with your email settings or server. Here's what you should do based on the error description:

If the Error Description is "Something Wrong with Your SMTP (Outgoing) Server Setting" or "Something Wrong with Your IMAP (Incoming) Server Setting":

Pipl.ai routinely connects to your email's SMTP/IMAP server to send/receive warmup emails and campaign emails. If we repeatedly fail to connect to your SMTP/IMAP server, your email account status will be set to ERROR, and your warmup status will become INACTIVE. This can happen for various reasons, and we provide the server's response to help you identify and fix the issue.

Here are steps to follow:

  1. Identify the Problem: Check the server response provided for common issues.

  2. Fix the Issue: Once you have identified the cause, resolve it accordingly.

  3. Reconnect Your Account: After resolving the issue, make sure to reconnect your account in Pipl.ai.

  4. Check Your Campaign: Your associated campaigns might also be affected. If they're set to ERROR, you'll need to reactivate them. If they're ACTIVE, no action is needed.

Your ESP has likely blocked our server's IP. You will need to whitelist our IP. Please contact Pipl's support for more info.

If the Error Description is "Warmup Emails Sent to This Account Have Bounced":

This error means that warmup emails sent by other users to your account were bounced back and not delivered. We include the server's response to assist in resolving the issue.

What to do:

  1. Check Your Server: Ensure your servers are functioning correctly.

  2. Review Email Settings: Sometimes, your email service provider might have stringent spam filters. Read More: https://help.pipl.ai/en/articles/8782199-warmup-emails-sent-to-this-account-have-bounced

  3. Consider Email Logic: Some email services, like Google Workspace or Gmail, have their own logic for bouncing potential spam. In such cases, you may not need to take any action.

Your account and warmup status will remain ACTIVE, but we recommend investigating to ensure everything is functioning as it should.
