We're excited to announce a set of new features our team was baking over the past weeks.
Let's dive in:
Deep re-work of Leads view in your campaigns.
We not only shipped a better design but also revamped data you will see for each one of prospects.
Focus was made on actionability of data so you have all the critical info about how your leads engage with your outreach and where they are in campaign at glance.
1.1 - As a part of this we also added an ability to Verify email addresses from this view in just 2 clicks - you no longer need to open enrichment table to access this workflow.
2. In the same leads view, when you click on your lead
- we will now display detailed stats on how each prospect engages with your campaign - emails sent, opened (if you track opens), replied, along with contents of your communication.
3. You now can easily move leads from one campaign to another (also you can a filtered list by Status, e.g. Replied leads).
Just put a filter on your list and bulk-select your prospects and you'll see a new menu.
4. Same applies for deleting leads from campaign - you can now do that in bulk and using the filtered status (E.g. Delete only Completed/Skipped/Bounced).
5. Revamped analytics view
- we added positive replies count per individual steps and variations. We also revamped stats with percentage values for each metric, and ability to see total opportunity value for all campaigns.Also analytics will now display detailed stats like positive replies count per individual steps and A/B variations in Steps view.
6. Auto-pause campaign on high Bounce Rate -
feature automatically halts your campaign when the bounce rate exceeds a set percentage (e.g., 3%) after sending at least 100 emails, helping protect your sender reputation.
You can now access it in campaign settings.
