Here's what's new:

1) Other Emails are now available in your pipl.ai inbox

You can now access your non-outbound campaign emails directly from your inbox without logging into separate accounts.

Simplify your workflow and stay on top of all your email conversations in one convenient location!


2) Reply to prospects using any of your connected email accounts

You can now reply to leads from any of your connected email accounts directly within pipl.ai, regardless of which account originally sent the email.

Use Case: Let’s say your sales team uses multiple email addresses for different campaigns or clients.

With this new feature, team members can seamlessly reply to leads from any connected email account, ensuring faster response times and smoother communication—all without needing to switch between accounts.


3) Keep track of replies, even in your spam folder

Now you can rest easy knowing that we automatically monitor your spam folder for any prospect replies, so you never miss an important message.

Use case:

It’s frustrating when potential leads’ responses end up in your spam folder without you knowing.

This feature makes sure that every reply gets noticed, even if it lands in spam, allowing you to respond quickly and never lose out on a conversation or opportunity.

4) Archive campaigns stats and add active leads to the lead list

You can now archive completed campaigns while deleting your campaigns and automatically add active leads from those campaigns to your lead lists.

Use case:

When campaigns are completed, keeping them in your workspace can clutter things up and use up your active email limit.

With this new feature, you can archive old campaigns to keep your workspace clean and organized, while also freeing up your email limit.

Plus, you can choose to transfer active leads from that campaign to your lead lists, ensuring you keep the important connections going and have an option to launch other campaigns to same leads in future.

5) Find valid emails from LinkedIn Profile URL

We’ve streamlined the process—now you can find verified email addresses directly from a LinkedIn profile URL without needing multiple enrichment steps.



Use case:

Previously, users had to go through several enrichment processes just to find a lead’s website and email.

Now, with this new feature, you can cut down on time and effort by simply inputting a LinkedIn profile URL to get a valid email address.

It’s faster, more efficient, and helps you focus on connecting with leads rather than managing data.
